We evaluate the anode in operation, with a standardized model of integral verification, with the objective of simulating a business case that will calculate the operational costs, considering the variables that are directly involved in the copper electrodeposition process, related to the cathode-anode electrochemical subsystem, with anodes that have already completed their useful life of operation, purchased with the operational costs obtained if these were new anodes. This economic value will give us an indicator of the cost overrun we are incurring by operating with defective anodes.

In-plant evaluation to detect the need for anode replacement requirements of our customers, considering their useful life, structural damage due to corrosion, over-consumption of electrical energy, excess anode sludge generation, in order to substantially lower operating costs, and use these savings as an investment to purchase new anodes. 

After Sales Service

Once the supplied anodes are in operation, our highly specialized technical staff monitors the anode's operational variables, guaranteeing its maximum performance in order to maximize copper deposition in the plant.

  • Anode body corrosion rate
  • Body/rod secondary weld corrosion rate
  • Voltage drop (Electrical energy consumption)
  • Verification of structural physical properties: Verticality and Buckling
  • Verification of the structural condition of the copper bar
